Your Chebelle Brand Order: Shipping and Delivery Information

Shipping Details:

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 days of purchase.

Due to our sourcing from multiple vendors, delivery times may vary.

You can expect your order to arrive within 7-15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking and Confirmation:

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customer Responsibility:

Please note that once tracking indicates the package has been delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Ensure there's a safe space for your order to be left upon delivery. Alternatively, you can instruct your local postman to take all parcels to your local post office for collection.
